Previously, I had a back condition that severely limited my mobility in my back, hips and legs. You can imagine how difficult it was, losing my ability to play sports, running and on really bad days, I could barely walk. After seeing Cindy, she quickly put together a fitness and lifestyle plan to help me regain mobility and strength in my body. She was very encouraging and continued to motivate me throughout the early workouts because I had yet to build up my strength and endurance. After each session, I felt better and I could see my body becoming stronger, little by little. Stretching and yoga exercises were also extremely helpful to maintain flexibility and good posture, preventing my condition from worsening. If it wasn’t for Cindy, I definitely would not be able to regain a better quality of life and enjoy the activities I love doing.
